Dr. Wasiq Bokhari is Chief Executive Officer of Pasqal, the leading neutral atom quantum computing company. In this dual role, he oversees the company’s long-term strategy while leading day-to-day operations, growth, and global expansion initiatives.

With 25 years of experience in deep tech, he has held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Google, where he served as General Manager and Director of Strategic Initiatives. He built and scaled new ventures, including quantum computing initiatives, and was part of the founding team of Sidewalk Labs.

Dr. Bokhari has founded and served as CEO of multiple venture capital-funded technology startups with successful exits. He also brings venture capital investment experience to his role. He holds undergraduate degrees and a Ph.D. in physics from MIT.

Appointed Chairman in February 2024 and elevated to Executive Chairman in March 2025, Dr. Bokhari is now CEO of Pasqal and leads strategic initiatives, fundraising, growth, and ecosystem expansion in the rapidly evolving quantum computing sector.
