Dr. Loïc Henriet is Chief Technology Officer and Managing Director of Pasqal, a leading quantum computing company focused on delivering scalable, production-grade neutral-atom quantum processors for industry and science.
Previously serving as Chief Executive Officer, he led Pasqal through a key phase of strategic growth and industrial expansion. As CTO, Dr. Henriet now focuses on advancing the company’s technology roadmap, accelerating the development of fault-tolerant quantum computing, and strengthening the integration of hardware, software, and cloud-based quantum solutions.
With a strong background in quantum physics and engineering, he plays a central role in guiding Pasqal’s transition from advanced research to large-scale industrial deployment.
Dr. Henriet holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique, an MSc in Physics from École Normale Supérieure, and a PhD in Theoretical Quantum Physics from École Polytechnique. His doctoral research focused on the dynamics of many-body quantum systems, directly contributing to Pasqal’s quantum simulation capabilities. Prior to joining Pasqal, he held research positions at ICFO and has established himself as a recognized expert in quantum computing.
Under his technical leadership, Pasqal continues to advance scalable neutral-atom architectures, supporting the industrialization of quantum computing worldwide.
