Dr. Loïc Henriet is Chief Executive Officer of Pasqal, a leading quantum computing company focused on delivering scalable, production-grade neutral-atom quantum processors for industry and science.

Appointed CEO in March 2025, after serving as Managing Director, he leads Pasqal’s global strategy, product roadmap, and organizational development, with a strong emphasis on execution and operational scale. As CEO, Loïc Henriet oversees Pasqal’s transition from advanced research to industrial deployment, guiding the company’s hardware, software, and cloud offerings toward reliable commercially accessible quantum computing solutions.

Dr. Henriet holds an engineering degree from Ecole Polytechnique, a MSc in Physics from École Normale Supérieure, and a PhD in Theoretical Quantum Physics from École Polytechnique. During his PhD, he focused on developing theoretical and numerical methods to describe the dynamics of many-body quantum systems, research that directly applies to Pasqal’s quantum simulation capabilities. Prior to Pasqal, he held research positions at ICFO and has established himself as a prominent researcher in the quantum computing field. His scientific background provides a strong foundation for strategic decision-making at the intersection of technology, product development, and market adoption.

Under his leadership, Pasqal continues to advance the development of scalable quantum processors using arrays of neutral atoms, positioning the company at the forefront of quantum computing’s industrial adoption phase.
